Runcorn Trip
After fixing a leak on the fuel return pipe and securing the alternator which had worked loose on its bracket, I eventually set off at 11am. I stopped briefly in Lymm for provisions and to clear the blade before setting off again eventually reaching the Sprinch Arm at Runcorn for about 6PM.
On the Sunday, I retraced my steps, this time going to the Picnic site at Thelwall. Met lots of boats today belonging to people who don't know how to tie them up as I had met around 3 or 4 so far over the weekend across the cut. Eventually met with friends to celebrate my 25th and had a great night. On the Sunday it was a late set off, getting back to Sale for early afternoon.
